North San Joaquin Water Conservation District
The North San Joaquin Water Conservation District is a small special district in San Joaquin County responsible for delivering surface water and achieving groundwater sustainability in a highly productive agricultural area of California's Central Valley known for its wine grapes, orchards, and nut crops.
The Need
When Consero started working with the District, they had no staff, only a contract attorney and a contract administrative assistant.
